Jacobs baptism

This past week we were able to go to Kansas City and spend time with the McCullough's. While we were there, we had Jacob baptised. The baptism took place at Church of the Holy Rosary in Wea, KS which is the McCullough's parish. After the baptism, they had a party at their home and Jacob was able to meet a lot of family!

Jacob in his baptismal gown. This gown was worn by Grandaddy McCullough and all of his brothers and all of Jacob's uncles. It is over 50 years old. His great grandmother McCullough was able to attend the baptism and was very surprised to see him wearing the gown after all these years. It was very special.

Carolyn and Gerard are Jacob's god-parents. It meant a lot to us to have them with us and be such a special part of Jacob's life.

Jacob being baptized. He screamed throughout the entire thing. He was very hungry! After we fed him, he was all smiles again.

With both sets of grand-parents. It meant so much to us to have them all there with us.
